Francisco makes some of the BEST food I’ve ever tasted. We recently had Francisco cater for our 95 person wedding and the food was absolutely delicious, consistent and our family and friends are still talking about how good the food was and asking if we can get recipes from him (some of them even went into the kitchen to ask him on the night!). Working in the food industry, a beautiful meal for our wedding was very important to us. We didn’t want traditional wedding food but food we love to eat, like we were going to our favourite restaurant. We love that Francisco has the same food values as us - local, fresh, organic where possible, made with love and of course, delicious. Francisco asked if he could introduce the food in a short speech and shared where the food came from and his love and passion for cooking which is really felt in his food. His staff were professional, experienced and brought a beautiful energy to the event.

The only regret I have from my wedding day is not getting to eat more of Francisco’s food - it really was that good!

Francisco's Table is a unique, community dining experience presented by chef Francisco, his partner Emma and their amazing team.

Francisco's Table is all about creativity, passion & fun. It is clear that Fran spends most of his time ensuring we're all getting an experience driven by passion, deliciousness and storytelling.

A highlight of every dinner is Francisco's explanations of his considered and thought through menu, especially his banter with local growers and suppliers who are frequently present.

We never quite know exactly what is going to happen once we arrive at one of the beautiful old halls in the Northern Rivers area that these events celebrate and champion, however, that is the magic of the experience.
